Mit unserem eigenen 22.000 m² großen Logistikzentrum in Lensahn und einem stark wachsenden E-Commerce-Geschäft spielt die Digitalisierung unserer Logistikprozesse eine zentrale Rolle für unseren Erfolg.

Deshalb suchen wir einen WMS & Logistics Systems Specialist (m/w/d), der unsere Lager- und Logistiksysteme betreut, Prozesse optimiert und als Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Operations und IT agiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unseres unternehmenseigenen Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Analyse, Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Lager- und Logistikprozesse entlang der Wareneingangs-, Kommissionier-, Verpackungs- und Versandprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Bestandsgenauigkeit durch Analyse und Behebung von Bestandsabweichungen, die aus Wareneingängen, Bestandskorrekturen oder Systemprozessen entstehen
  • Konzeption und Optimierung von Lagerstrukturen, Lagerplatzlogiken, Kommissionierregeln sowie Systemparametern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internen Entwicklungsteam
  • Übersetzung operativer Anforderungen in klare, strukturierte Spezifikationen und zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lagerbetrieb und Softwareentwicklung
  • Durchführung von User Acceptance Tests (UAT) für neue Funktionen und Prozessänderungen vor dem Go-live sowie Steuerung der Einführung im Lagerbetrieb
  • Identifikation, Dokumentation und nachhaltige Behebung von Fehlern im WMS durch Ursachenanalyse und langfristige Lösungen anstelle kurzfristiger Workarounds
  • Überwachung und Fehleranalyse von Versanddienstleister- und Carrier-Anbindungen (z. B. DHL), sofern diese Auswirkungen auf den Lagerbetrieb haben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Analysen und KPI-Dashboards zur Unterstützung operativer Entscheidungen
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im Lager und in der Logistik im Umgang mit unseren Systemen und Prozessen
  • Unterstützung von IT-nahen Projekten und Digitalisierungsinitiativen innerhalb des Logistikzentrums

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik, IT, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS), ERP-Systemen oder Logistiksoftware
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel sowie digitalen Tools
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Fulfillment oder E-Commerce von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Interesse an Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
