Über die Position

In der Rolle als Site Engineer (m/w/d) für VIE1&2 sorgst Du für den zuverlässigen und effizienten Betrieb der technischen Infrastruktur in unseren Rechenzentren. Dabei übernimmst Du Wartungs-, Test- und Überwachungsaufgaben an kritischen Anlagen und trägst dazu bei, Service Level Agreements einzuhalten und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen. Je nach Einsatz arbeitest Du auch im 24/7-Schichtbetrieb und bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres lokalen Data-Center-Operations-Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Überwachung unserer gebäudetechnischen Anlagen, einschließlich Stromversorgungsanlagen, Lüftungs-, Kälte- und Klimageräte.
  • Du begleitest Wartungsfirmen und Lieferanten bei Wartungstätigkeiten vor Ort und stellst sicher, dass alles nach Plan verläuft.
  • Du bereitest Arbeitsaufträge vor und dokumentierst Wartungstätigkeiten in unserem Wartungsprogramm.
  • Du erkennst und analysierst Störungen und bist für die anschließende Fehlerbehebung verantwortlich.
  • Du unterstützt unser Customer Service Team bei Kundenanfragen und trägst so zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden bei.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Rund 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Gebäude-, Betriebs- oder Servicetechniker.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, zum Beispiel HTL oder Lehre im Bereich Elektro-, Kältetechnik oder HKLS.
  • Bereitschaft, im Schichtdienst (inklusive Wochenende) zu arbeiten, auch in 12-Stunden-Schichten.
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau sind Voraussetzung
  • Englischkenntnisse ebenfalls mindestens auf B2-Niveau
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kältetechnik, Hydraulik, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und/oder HKLS.

Vergütung

  • Abhängig von Deiner Ausbildung und Vorerfahrung beträgt das monatliche Gehalt min. 2.800€ brutto.
  • On top bekommst Du eine monatliche Schichtzulage in Höhe von 35€ brutto sowie monatliche S-F-N-Zulagen von ca. 300€ bis 600€.
