Dirck3 is op zoek naar Managers met een passie voor het slijtersvak. Als Winkelmanager van een van onze slijterijen ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële-, financiële- en personele resultaten van je eigen winkel. Je bent een echte Manager en voelt daarbij aan wat de klant in jouw winkel verwacht en hoe hij benaderd wilt worden. Daarnaast zorg je voor de vakinhoudelijke- en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van je team. Jouw doel is dat klanten vanwege jouw goede advies, gastheerschap en mooie winkel graag bij je terugkomen!

Als Filiaalmanager (Slijterijmanager) ben je ook

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de winkelsfeer

Wat bieden wij je

Bij een verantwoordelijke baan horen mooie arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • O.b.v. fulltime afhankelijk van ervaring een salaris van minimaal € 2786,- en maximaal €4175,- per maand exclusief vakantiegeld
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 15,5 ADV dagen bij fulltime dienstverband + flexibele werktijden
  • Na 18 maanden een contract voor onbepaalde tijd

Mensen die weten wat het is om de klant altijd op de eerste plaats te zetten. Natuurlijk zorgen we voor goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, maar we zorgen ook dat onze medewerkers beschikken over uitgebreide productkennis van wijn, bier, champagne en likeur. Daar investeren we continu in en daar profiteren we beide van!

Wat vragen wij van je

Kan Dirck3 op jou rekenen?

Als goede Slijterijmanager ken je de producten en ben je continue bezig met het verbeteren van de winkel. Je bent een ondernemer en een echte gastheer/-vrouw. Daarnaast ben je in het bezit van:

  • Een diploma vanaf mbo-4 niveau
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de detailhandel, waarvan 1 jaar als leidinggevende
  • Bereidheid om het slijtersvakdiploma te halen
  • Bereidheid het certificaat Sociale Hygiëne te halen
