JOUW NIEUWE UITDAGING

Samen met je team zorgen voor een strakke winkel en een tevreden klant. Als Filiaalmanager zorg jij ervoor dat alles als een geöliede machine draait in een winkel van 900 - 1200 m2. Jouw basis is orde, netheid en mooie volle schappen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een gezonde mix aan uren inzet, in verhouding tot de omzet. Jouw mensen zijn gemotiveerd om doelen te behalen en dragen actief bij aan de verandering van deze mooie formuler.

JOUW TALENT

Jij bent gewend om zelfstandig te werken, weet elke dag een prettige sfeer voor collegas neer te zetten en gaat voor de hoogst mogelijke omzet. Door jouw enthousiasme en manier van leidinggeven motiveer jij je team. Jij bent een echte ondernemer en wilt niets liever dan dat jouw winkel een daverend succes is. Bij jou staat service hoog in het vaandel en je doet er alles aan om onze klanten tevreden te houden en met een glimlach de winkel uit te laten lopen.

  • Je beschikt over een mbo-diploma niveau 4.
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan als Assistent Bedrijfleider, of als Bedrijfsleider in de (food) retail.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, in het weekend en de avonduren.
