Wir suchen engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Büromanagement, die uns bei der Organisation und Planungunseres Betriebs unterstützen und zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen beitragen.

Auch als Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen. Während der Einarbeitung vermitteln wir dir alle erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse, um deine Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bewältigen. Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb werden nicht vorausgesetzt.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Regelmäßige Feedback-Gespräche mit unseren Kunden führen
  • Beantwortung inhaltlicher Fragen zum Verlauf der Zusammenarbeit – sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich
  • E-Mail-Support für eingehende Anfragen von Bestandskunden übernehmen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Gehalt: 3.000 Euro pro Monat (brutto)

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 3-6 Monate.

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL)
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Eigenverantwortung und eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Kundenbetreuung, Kundenkommunikation oder Customer Success sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen und diese effizient umzusetzen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Disziplin und eine präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Hervorragende schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch – sauber und fehlerfrei
  • Belastbarkeit und souveräner Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
