Wir suchen motivierte und engagierte Teammitglieder (m/w/d) für den Bereich Beratung.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Kontakt zu unseren Interessenten aktiv zu pflegen und in Erstgesprächen vorzuqualifizieren, sowie sie strategisch bei der Erreichung ihrer wirtschaftlichen und unternehmerischen Zielen zu begleiten.

Auch als Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen. Während der Einarbeitung vermitteln wir dir alle erforderlichen Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse, um deine Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bewältigen. Vorkenntnisse im Vertrieb werden nicht vorausgesetzt.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Telefonische Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden zur Geschäftsanbahnung
  • Durchführung kostenloser Erstgespräche, um den Bedarf und die Potenziale neuer Kunden zu analysieren
  • Aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden Interessenten aus unserem System
  • Planung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen für unsere Strategieberater
  • Teilnahme an Messen, Seminaren und Events, um neue Kundenkontakte zu knüpfen und unser Netzwerk zu erweitern

Das bieten wir:

Gehalt: 3.000 Euro pro Monat (brutto)

Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 3-6 Monate.
