The primary mandate includes auditing multi-system workflows and managing logistical escalations across cross-functional partners. By synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights, this position strengthens executive decision-making and quarterly compliance standards.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Leverage AI tools, process automation, and data analytics to optimize internal workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Audit multi-system workflows across multiple platforms to maintain zero-defect data integrity
- Manage logistical escalations and field assistance requests by coordinating between Regional Account Managers, support groups, and third-party partners
- Execute routine weekly and monthly regional audits, synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights for executive Monthly Performance Reviews and Quarterly Compliance Audits

- High proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and automation to optimize workflows and drive operational performance

- Professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional management, support teams, and executive leadership
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in operations, process automation, and data analytics
- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analysis software

Salary Range
