Funciones

  • ·Gestión del equipo de Coordinadores y Coordinares de Calidad y Formación.
  • ·Gestión de la mejora del servicio.
  • ·Interlocución con el cliente final.
  • ·Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias del equipo de coordinadores.
  • ·Monitorizar los KPIs del servicio para corregir desviaciones.
  • ·Elaboración de informes de servicio.
  • ·Análisis de datos y feedback cualitativo para la optimización del servicio.
  • ·Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos y procedimientos del Call Center.
  • ·Implementar cambios para optimizar la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio.
  • ·Proporcionar retroalimentación y asegurar la implementación de los planes de mejora para los agentes.
  • ·Elaborar informes sobre el rendimiento del equipo y las métricas clave.
  • ·Analizar los datos para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora.
  • ·Visión del control de presencia.
  • ·Interlocución con RRHH.
  • ·Reporting a medida para el cliente.
  • ·Backup dirección.
  • ·Velar por el cumplimiento de los diferentes sistemas de gestión implantados en la organización, incluyendo su política y el conjunto de requisitos que lo conforman.

Condiciones

  • Contrato: indefinido
  • Jornada completa: lunes a domingos de 09:00h a 18:00h (festivos incluidos)
  • Modalidad: presencial en Calle Albasanz (Madrid)
  • Salario: 26.000,00 € b/a

Tu perfil

  • Experiencia sólida en operaciones de call center.
  • Dominio de KPIs operativos y análisis de datos en tiempo real.
  • Excel avanzado: - Tablas dinámicas - Fórmulas - Seguimiento de indicadores
  • -Power BI
  • -Salesforce
  • Capacidad para interpretar datos y traducirlos en acciones inmediatas.
  • Comunicación clara y coordinación constante.
  • Liderazgo cercano y orientado al acompañamiento.
  • Mentalidad data-driven aplicada a la operación diaria.
