Funciones

  • Recepción y gestión de solicitudes de compra procedentes de los distintos departamentos y empresas del grupo.
  • Asesoramiento interno en la definición de necesidades y requisitos de compra.
  • Búsqueda, selección y contacto con proveedores para la adquisición de bienes y servicios.
  • Solicitud y comparación de ofertas, negociación de precios y condiciones de pago.
  • Emisión, gestión y seguimiento de pedidos de compra.
  • Seguimiento de plazos de entrega y coordinación con proveedores.
  • Gestión de incidencias, reclamaciones y devoluciones relacionadas con pedidos y suministros.
  • Participación en la evaluación y homologación de proveedores.
  • Gestión administrativa de pagos e incidencias con proveedores.
  • Solicitud, revisión y tratamiento de facturas para su posterior reporte al área de Contabilidad.
  • Mantenimiento y actualización de la base de datos y documentación de proveedores.
  • Gestión de incidencias con operadores logísticos y empresas de transporte nacional e internacional.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y sistemas de gestión implantados en la organización.

Condiciones

  • Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
  • Incorporación inmediata.
  • Horario: de lunes a viernes de 9:00h a 18:00h.
  • Modalidad: presencial con posibilidad de teletrabajo.
  • Salario: hasta 30.000€ brutos anuales en función de la experiencia aportada.

Tu perfil

  • Gestión de incidencias y seguimiento de proveedores.
  • Microsoft Excel nivel medio-avanzado.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Experiencia con ERP de gestión (Navision, Business Central o similar
  • será valorable)
