Desde Diusframi buscamos incorporar a un Técnico/a de RRHH – Administración de Personal para unirse al equipo de Recursos Humanos en un momento clave de crecimiento e internalización de procesos.

Buscamos a un profesional con experiencia en administración laboral y gestión integral de nómina, orientado al detalle, con alto nivel de rigor y acostumbrado a trabajar en entornos dinámicos y con elevado volumen de empleados.

Funciones:

• Gestionar altas, bajas y variaciones de datos en Seguridad Social. • Elaborar y registrar contratos de trabajo, prórrogas, anexos y comunicaciones laborales. • Gestionar procesos de incorporación y desvinculación de empleados. • Mantener actualizada la documentación laboral y los expedientes de personal. • Realizar comunicaciones con organismos oficiales (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, Contrat@, Certific@2, SILTRA y Sistema RED). • Controlar vencimientos de contratos temporales y periodos de prueba. • Elaborar y revisar el proceso completo de nómina mensual. • Gestionar incidencias de nómina: IT, maternidad/paternidad, reducciones de jornada, embargos, atrasos, variables e incentivos. • Calcular finiquitos, liquidaciones e indemnizaciones. • Gestionar regularizaciones de IRPF, seguros sociales y bases de cotización. • Aplicar e interpretar convenios colectivos y normativa laboral vigente. • Asesorar a empleados y responsables en cuestiones laborales y de nómina. • Participar en auditorías laborales e inspecciones de trabajo. • Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la confidencialidad de la información laboral.

Condiciones

• Contrato indefinido a jornada completa. • Incorporación inmediata. • Horario: de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 horas. • Modalidad híbrida. • Salario: flexible entre 30.000 -35.000 brutos anuales, en función de la experiencia aportada.

Tu perfil

• Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, Derecho, ADE o formación similar. • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en administración de personal y gestión integral de nómina. • Experiencia mínima de 2 años trabajando con Peoplenet Cegid. • Experiencia gestionando múltiples convenios colectivos. • Valorable experiencia en entornos con más de 1.000 empleados. • Conocimientos avanzados de Sistema RED, SILTRA y Excel. • Valorable conocimiento de Personio. • Alta orientación al detalle, planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo.
