Part-Time Lead Booker Position: Part-Time Lead Booker Hours: Approximately 6-8 hours per week (3 days per week, 2-3 hours per shift) Pay: $12 per hour + performance-based bonuses and commissions About DivaDance Hill Country DivaDance is more than a dance fitness class. We’re a community built on confidence, connection, and helping people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and outgoing Lead Booker who can connect with potential new clients, get them excited about trying a class, and help them take that first step into our community. What You’ll Do

  • Contact new leads: Make outbound phone calls and follow up with people interested in DivaDance Hill Country.
  • Build connections: Have friendly, engaging conversations that help potential clients feel welcomed and excited to dance.
  • Promote introductory offers: Explain available new-client offers, including our $15 single-class option and $29.50 trial offer, as applicable.
  • Book classes: Help leads select a specific class and complete their booking.
  • Follow up: Send appropriate reminders and follow up with leads to encourage attendance.
  • Track progress: Maintain accurate lead records, including calls, conversations, bookings, attendance, and membership conversions.
  • Support membership growth: Help new clients discover membership options and connect with the team when they’re ready to join.

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
  • Someone who is comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated person who can work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic comfort with apps, online scheduling, and lead-tracking systems.
  • A positive, inclusive attitude that reflects the DivaDance Hill Country community.

Dance experience is a plus, but being personable, dependable, and excited about connecting people with our community matters most! Schedule & Performance Expectations

  • Work approximately 3 days per week, 2-3 hours per shift.
  • Aim for 5–8 call attempts per hour while prioritizing meaningful conversations and quality bookings.
  • Keep lead records updated and follow up consistently.
  • Help new clients move from initial interest to a booked class and, ultimately, an in-person experience.

Compensation & Incentives

  • $12 per hour for all hours worked.
  • $50 monthly show-up bonus: Earned when at least 25 unique new clients booked by you attend a class during the same calendar month. Each client counts once toward the threshold, regardless of how many classes they attend.
  • $5 membership commission: Earned for each membership sold to a client attributable to your booking, as tracked in the studio’s lead system and paid according to the studio’s commission schedule.
