Buscamos um(a) Orçamentista para atuar na elaboração, análise e acompanhamento de orçamentos de projetos de arquitetura e interiores. O profissional será responsável por estimar custos, analisar a viabilidade financeira dos projetos, negociar com fornecedores e monitorar os resultados durante a execução das obras, contribuindo para a otimização de recursos e a rentabilidade dos projetos.

Principais responsabilidades - Elaborar orçamentos detalhados para projetos de arquitetura e interiores, considerando materiais, mão de obra, equipamentos, serviços e demais custos envolvidos. - Desenvolver estimativas de custos nas diferentes etapas dos projetos, desde o estudo preliminar até o projeto executivo. - Analisar a viabilidade financeira dos projetos, verificando a adequação dos custos às diretrizes da empresa e às necessidades dos clientes. - Realizar pesquisas de mercado e levantamentos de preços de materiais, serviços e fornecedores. - Negociar preços, prazos e condições comerciais com fornecedores, buscando as melhores oportunidades de compra. - Criar e atualizar bancos de dados de preços, insumos e custos para aprimorar a precisão dos orçamentos. - Acompanhar os custos durante a execução das obras, identificando desvios e propondo medidas corretivas. - Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento orçamentário e desempenho financeiro dos projetos. - Analisar variações entre os custos previstos e realizados, identificando oportunidades de economia e otimização de recursos. - Assegurar que os orçamentos estejam alinhados às normas técnicas, às regulamentações aplicáveis e aos padrões de qualidade da empresa. - Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de arquitetura, engenharia e suprimentos para garantir a compatibilidade entre os projetos e os orçamentos. - Garantir a conformidade dos orçamentos com as políticas financeiras da empresa e as exigências legais aplicáveis. - Prestar suporte no lançamento de informações e na atualização dos dados de andamento das obras no sistema de gestão.

- Formação superior em Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Engenharia, com possibilidade de candidatura para profissionais cursando o último ano da graduação. - Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos arquitetônicos por meio do AutoCAD. - Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas, especialmente sistemas voltados à gestão de obras e orçamentos. - Capacidade de análise de custos, organização de informações e elaboração de orçamentos.

Jornada: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h30 às 17h30. Remuneração: A combinar. Benefícios: Cartão Bee no valor de R$ 500,00.
