Farmácia de manipulação referência em medicamentos estéreis para uso oftalmológico humano e veterinário, busca um profissional comercial para atuar na região de SC e PR no relacionamento com médicos, clínicas, hospitais e centros especializados. Fortalecer e ampliar o relacionamento da empresa com profissionais da saúde, aumentando a fidelização, captação de novos parceiros e presença da marca no mercado oftalmológico.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar visitas a médicos, clínicas, hospitais e centros veterinários;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento contínuo com prescritores;
  • Apresentar produtos e linhas principais da farmácia (colírios, pomadas, higienizadores, colírios especiais etc.);
  • Participar de eventos da área;
  • Acompanhar prescrições, apoiar lançamentos e campanhas;
  • Registrar atividades diariamente no CRM;
  • Articular demandas junto à equipe técnica (farmacêuticos) quando necessário;
  • Realizar viagens frequentes dentro do SC e PR, conforme planejamento estratégico.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência com vendas externas (B2B) ou representação comercial;
  • Vivência com profissionais da saúde (médicos, clínicas, hospitais ou distribuidores);
  • Capacidade de conduzir visitas técnicas, apresentações e rotinas comerciais;
  • Organização de roteiro de visitas e utilização de CRM;
  • Comunicação clara, boa postura profissional e habilidade para interpretar demandas técnicas;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e participação em eventos científicos;

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com oftalmologia (humana ou veterinária);
  • Vivência com produtos sob prescrição ou relacionamento científico;
  • Participação em congressos, simpósios e workshops da área da saúde.

Remuneração: R$4.000,00

Premiação por atingimento de metas de faturamento, além da remuneração fixa: Premiação 1: R$ 1.000,00; Premiação 2: R$ 1.500,00; Premiação 3: R$ 2.000,00; Premiação 4: R$ 2.500,00.
