Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Änderungen wie Depotüberträgen, Vollmachten, Nachlässen oder Konditionsanpassungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Vertragsdaten in unseren Systemen
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Banken sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen
  • Organisation und Koordination administrativer Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Orderteam sowie weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Bankausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Banken-, Finanzdienstleistungs- oder kaufmännischen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Kapitalmarkt- und Finanzthemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Serviceorientiertes, professionelles und freundliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
