  • Eigenständige Planung und Steuerung strategischer, regulatorischer und digitaler Projekte
  • Fachliche Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams Verantwortung für Projektziele, Termine, Qualität, Risiken und genehmigte Budgets
  • Koordination von Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Vermögensverwaltung, IT und Kontrollfunktionen
  • Umsetzung von Projekten zur Produktentwicklung, Kundenkommunikation, Vertriebsunterstützung und Prozessdigitalisierung
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Berichten für Auftraggeber, Steuerungsgremien und Vorstand
  • Analyse und Vereinfachung bestehender Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung belastbarer Tests, Freigaben, Dokumentation und Übergaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Bankausbildung beziehungsweise vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Wertpapier- und Fondsgeschäfts
  • Erfahrung in mindestens zwei der Bereiche Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktmanagement, Vermögensverwaltung oder Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Sichere Anwendung geeigneter Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Sehr gute Excel, Word und PowerPoint Kenntnisse sowie hohe IT-Affinität
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugende Kommunikation, Konfliktfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Risikobewusstsein
