Deine Mission

  • Schwerpunkt: Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der eigenständigen administrativen Projektsteuerung. Die inhaltliche und operative Verantwortung liegt bei den jeweils zuständigen Projektteams.
  • Administrative Projektsteuerung: Du koordinierst Termine und Abstimmungen, erstellst Protokolle und hältst Aufgaben, Fristen, Zuständigkeiten und Entscheidungen nach.
  • Projektkommunikation: Du strukturierst den Informationsfluss, formulierst E-Mails und Briefings und bereitest Statusberichte sowie Entscheidungsunterlagen auf.
  • Kosten-, Rechnungs- und Vertragsmanagement: Du pflegst das Projektkosten-Accounting, koordinierst Rechnungsprüfung und Freigaben und unterstützt bei vergabe- und vertragsbezogenen Abläufen in Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Fachstellen.
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung: Du bereitest Projektupdates vor, machst Risiken und offene Punkte transparent und unterstützt die Nachbereitung bis zum Kostenabschluss.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Projekte und behältst auch bei vielen Schnittstellen den Überblick.
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im Projektkostencontrolling, Rechnungsmanagement oder in vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Projektprozessen mit.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich und kannst professionelle Protokolle, Statusberichte und Entscheidungsunterlagen erstellen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Beschaffungs-, Vergabe- oder Vertragsprozesse und arbeitest sorgfältig mit den zuständigen Fachstellen zusammen.
  • MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint nutzt du sicher und kannst Projektinformationen strukturiert aufbereiten.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, diskret, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und trittst gegenüber Verwaltung, Behörden und Dienstleistern professionell auf.
  • Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsmanagement oder im öffentlichen Umfeld sowie eine kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche, verwaltungsbezogene oder kommunikationsorientierte Qualifikation sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Pluspunkt.
