Missions :

Nous recherchons un alternant pour un contrat d'un an sur un rythme de 3 jours entreprise 2 jours école, voire 2 semaines – 1 semaine.

Au sein du département informatique, et sous la responsabilité du Directeur informatique, et en lien principalement avec les utilisateurs, le technicien support a pour principale mission l’assistance informatique (niveau 1, 2 et 3) et la gestion de projet en local et en partenariat avec le Groupe.

Vos missions sont les suivantes (liste non exhaustive):

Gestion des tickets et des applicatifs

  • Administration des utilisateurs
  • Suivre les demandes (évolutions)
  • Administration des applications métiers
  • Régulation et contrôles internes

Hardware

  • Gestion du parc informatique
  • Configuration du matériel informatique
  • Maintien du bon fonctionnement des systèmes (vidéo conférence, LAN-WAN)
  • Inventaire

Développement

  • Automatiser et optimiser les processus métiers

Les missions sont évolutives en fonction de vos envies, vos capacités et de nos besoins. Vous pourrez, par exemple, proposer des idées de projets et/ou participer à des projets déjà définis.

Profil :

Aspects essentiels :

  • Vous êtes issus d’une formation informatique, vous désirez continuez votre Licence.
  • Vous avez des connaissances dans le domaine du réseau.
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience sur le même type de poste.
  • Anglais vocabulaire technique, anglais lu et parlé

Qualités supplémentaires :

  • Vous avez le sens de la relation client (échanges quotidien avec les utilisateurs internes)
  • Vous êtes à l’écoute et êtes autonome.
