Job Description

Como Analista Contable Sr, tú trabajarás de manera autónoma y en coordinación con equipos multifuncionales para ejecutar y supervisar el ciclo contable completo de la entidad financiera para Argentina y Chile, garantizando el cumplimiento de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (IFRS) y de las regulaciones locales. Serás responsable de preparar y analizar estados financieros, realizar conciliaciones bancarias, análisis de cuentas y provisiones contables, además de brindar apoyo y coordinar los procesos de auditoría interna y externa.

Día a día

  • Gestionar procesos de contabilidad y reportes, incluyendo registraciones contables, conciliaciones, provisiones y análisis de variaciones.
  • Garantizar el proceso de cierre contable mensual en los plazos corporativos de reporte.
  • Apoyar auditorías, pagos de impuestos, facturación e información financiera coordinando con stakeholders internos y externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de requerimientos en tiempo y forma.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas, políticas y controles internos.
  • Utilizar herramientas de analítica, transformación digital e inteligencia artificial para optimizar controles, análisis y generación de reportes.
  • Trabajar de manera colaborativa con áreas como Tesoreria, Riesgo, Compliance, Tecnología, Operaciones y equipos comerciales.

Esencial:

  • Título profesional de Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad financiera, idealmente en bancos, compañías de seguros, fintechs o instituciones reguladas.
  • Conocimiento de normativa IFRS.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Capacidad analítica, autonomía y comunicación efectiva, enfoque en mejora continua de procesos.

Extra:

  • Manejo de ERP contables (deseable Oracle).
  • Experiencia en fiscalizaciones y auditorías.
  • Ingles avanzado.
