DMG entwickelt Enterprise-Technologie in Startup-Geschwindigkeit. Wir realisieren Web- und KI-Projekte für Unternehmen, die Ergebnisse in Monaten statt Jahren sehen wollen.

Als Projektmanager:in übernimmst du Verantwortung für mehrere parallel laufende Kundenprojekte. Du arbeitest in einem Umfeld, das Struktur und Eigenverantwortung vereint: planbar, transparent und ergebnisorientiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst 2 - 4 parallele Digitalprojekte im Enterprise-Umfeld (Web, Portale, Plattformen, KI).
  • Du planst Budgets, Timings und Ergebnisse mit Fokus auf Business-Impact und Planbarkeit.
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams (UX/UI, Development, QA) und stellst sicher, dass Kommunikation und Prioritäten klar sind.
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit Kunden auf Management-Ebene zusammen und sorgst für Transparenz über Fortschritt und Ergebnisse.
  • Du nutzt unsere Methodik der kontrollierten Agilität - agile Zusammenarbeit mit klar definierten Meilensteinen.
  • Du entwickelst unsere Prozesse im Multiprojektmanagement aktiv weiter und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement digitaler Lösungen (z. B. Webportale, Plattformen, KI-Anwendungen)
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern und den Überblick zu behalten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Prioritäten
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe vom Entwickler bis zum C-Level
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an Themen wie KI, Datenintegration und Web-Technologien
  • Freude an Verantwortung und an Zusammenarbeit in kleinen, eigenverantwortlichen Teams
