Summary

The Manager, Finance Business Partner is responsible for the Company’s analysis and management reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations are in line with company's policies; taking an active role in the continuous improvement of the process and operations
  • Responsible for ensuring all necessary controls are in place to safeguard business and physical assets of the company
  • Be an active member for the management teams and provide input into business strategies
  • Coordinate all corporate governance activities
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reports and forecasts are produced for the local management
  • Ensure financial planning, asset management and cost control is implemented
  • Review and conduct financial analysis and interpret financial reports and highlight any matters requiring attention
  • Oversee project accounting functions in the market unit, including in depth operational analysis on variances and reporting on a monthly basis to management
  • Organize and coordinate forecasting exercises in accordance to requirements
  • Ensure targets set for asset management are met
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Advance level in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge in SAP would have a distinct advantage.
