Du willst nicht nur eine Redaktion führen, sondern Menschen mitreißen und für kreative Projekte begeistern? Perfekt. Dann lies weiter! Der Healthcaremarkt bewegt Menschen wie kaum ein anderes Themenfeld. Hier entstehen täglich Geschichten, die relevant sind, Debatten auslösen und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen prägen. Als Chief Content Creation der DocCheck News gibst du diesen Themen eine Bühne. Gemeinsam mit deinem zwölfköpfigen Team verantwortest du die journalistische Stimme der größten Community für medizinische Fachberufe in Europa. Du setzt Impulse, schärfst Perspektiven und entwickelst Inhalte und Formate, die informieren, überraschen und auch mal anecken können. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, was heute wichtig ist, sondern auch darum, welche Themen morgen die Diskussion bestimmen werden. Du wartest nicht auf Veränderungen, du stößt sie an und nimmst dein Team dabei mit.

Deine Substanz

Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Journalismus oder der Content Creation mit und hast bereits Verantwortung für Teams, Redaktionen oder Medienangebote übernommen. Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für Themen mit Relevanz und den inneren Antrieb, ihnen konsequent nachzugehen. Du denkst journalistisch und hinterfragst Routinen, wenn es bessere Wege gibt. Neue Technologien wie KI setzt du dort ein, wo sie deine Arbeit besser machen. Healthcare-Know-how ist kein Muss. Wichtiger sind deine Neugier, deine kreative Ader und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich und relevant zu machen.

Dein Trip

Du führst unsere Redaktion fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Content Ausrichtung von den DocCheck News weiter. Du setzt redaktionelle Schwerpunkte, förderst Recherchen, Reportagen und neue Formate (z.B. über Social Media) und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Relevanz und Tempo zusammenkommen. Dabei verantwortest du die tägliche Berichterstattung ebenso wie die Weiterentwicklung unserer Inhalte, Kanäle, Formate und bringst KI und Innovationen sinnvoll in den Redaktionsalltag ein.
