Im DocCheck Shop wird Customer Support nicht einfach abgearbeitet, du entwickelst ihn weiter! Als Team Lead unseres Customer Experience Teams verzahnst du Support und Sales systematisch miteinander. Du setzt eigene Schwerpunkte, optimierst komplexe Abläufe und entscheidest mit, wie KI und Automatisierung im Support eingesetzt und weiterentwickelt werden. Von Kundenzufriedenheit über Beschwerdemanagement bis zu KPIs und Key Account Management hast du die Hebel selbst in der Hand. So gestaltest du maßgeblich mit, wie der DocCheck Shop seine Kund:innen betreut – mit echtem Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielraum. DocCheck versetzt den kompletten Gesundheitsmarkt in absolute Effizienz-Ekstase. Egal ob News, Foren, Fachartikel, Medizinshop oder Kreativ-Agentur – DocCheck rührt den Medicals die ultimative Service-Mischung an.

Deine Substanz

Du bringst mindestens 4–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Support sowie Führungserfahrung mit. Ticket-Systeme beherrschst du sicher und hast Erfahrung mit der Einführung, Verwaltung oder Konfiguration von Tools sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit Automatisierungen. Du kennst Projektmanagement und komplexe Prozesse, bleibst auch bei schwierigen Kundensituationen souverän und denkst vorausschauend. Du triffst Entscheidungen, kannst dich durchsetzen und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Sales-Aktivitäten gesammelt.

Dein Trip

Du übernimmst die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams, entwickelst deine Teammitglieder weiter und steuerst Kapazitäten, Auslastung und Qualität. Du baust Standards, Dokumentationen und Prozesse weiter auf, entwickelst Support-, Beschwerde- und Reklamationsprozesse unter Einsatz von KI weiter und packst bei Kundenanfragen über das Ticketsystem auch mal selbst mit an. Kundenzufriedenheit, Bewertungsmanagement sowie die Optimierung und Einhaltung von SLAs und die Steuerung relevanter KPIs (z.B. CSAT und NPS) liegen ebenfalls bei dir. Gleichzeitig verzahnst du Support und Sales systematisch, um Vertriebsaktivitäten auszubauen und Umsatzpotenziale besser zu nutzen.
