  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere bestehenden Partner und baust diese Beziehungen kontinuierlich weiter aus
  • Du identifizierst neue Partnerschaftspotenziale und treibst aktiv den Ausbau unseres Partnernetzwerks voran
  • Du verhandelst eigenständig mit neuen Partnern und verantwortest deren erfolgreiche Integration in unser Ökosystem
  • Du entwickelst Wachstumsstrategien für unsere Partnerprogramme und behältst deren Performance stets im Blick
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und Produktentwicklung zusammen, damit aus Partnerschaften echte, messbare Erfolge werden
  • Du wertest die Leistung unserer Partnerschaften regelmäßig aus und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen ab

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung im Partnermanagement mit, idealerweise aus dem SaaS- oder Gesundheitssektor
  • Du überzeugst mit exzellenten Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – vom Start-up-Gründer bis zur Klinikleitung
  • Du erkennst Geschäftschancen frühzeitig und setzt diese strategisch und pragmatisch um
  • Du bist Netzwerker:in aus Leidenschaft und pflegst langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerbeziehungen
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Aufbau von Partnerprogrammen im Softwareumfeld oder Digital-Health-Bereich sowie ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
