Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unsere HR Managerin im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt im Recruiting, pflegst Stellenausschreibungen und Bewerbungen und koordinierst Vorstellungsgespräche.
  • Du begleitest unser On- und Offboarding und koordinierst die dazugehörigen organisatorischen Schritte.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Personaladministration, bereitest HR-Dokumente anhand bestehender Vorlagen vor und pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten und digitale Personalakten in Personio.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und behältst Fristen, fehlende Unterlagen und offene To-dos im Blick.
  • Du unterstützt bei HR-Projekten, Auswertungen und internen Themen und bringst dich bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und das Praktikum ist ein verpflichtender Bestandteil deines Studiums bzw. deiner Studienordnung.
  • Du studierst zum Beispiel BWL, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder etwas Vergleichbares. Wichtiger als dein genauer Studiengang ist uns dein Interesse an HR und der Arbeit mit Menschen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig anstehen.
  • Du bist zuverlässig und hast kein Problem damit, bei offenen Themen selbstständig nachzuhalten.
  • Du packst gerne mit an und hast Lust, nach deiner Einarbeitung Verantwortung für wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Du gehst selbstverständlich vertraulich und verantwortungsvoll mit personenbezogenen Daten um.
  • Du kommunizierst freundlich und sicher auf Deutsch.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und findest dich schnell in neuen digitalen Tools zurecht.

Schön, aber kein Muss:

  • erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR- oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder in der Personaladministration
  • Erfahrung mit Personio oder einer anderen HR-Software
