Das erwartet Dich

  • Du betreust und berätst unsere Gäste am Empfang.
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Anfragen und Anliegen zum Thema Office Management.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetingräumen.
  • Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere externen Dienstleister für diesen Bereich.
  • Des Weiteren sorgst du für ein gutes Erscheinungsbild des Empfangsbereichs und unterstützt bei anfallenden Projekten im Bereich Office Management.
  • Du bearbeitest die Ein- und Ausgangspost.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Erkenntnisse und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office Management gesammelt. Auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit gängigen EDV-Programmen (Word, Outlook, Teams etc.) um.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Professionalität aus.
  • Du überzeugst durch deine ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit sowie serviceorientierte Einstellung.
  • Du bist empathisch und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
