Das erwartet Dich

Wir freuen uns immer über kreative Köpfen mit innovativen Ideen und Interesse an verschiedenen Technologien.

Im Rahmen des Praktikums bekommst Du die Möglichkeit, DocuWare und die verschiedenen Bereiche eines modernen IT-Unternehmens näher kennenzulernen. Dabei steht nicht nur die Theorie im Mittelpunkt, stattdessen wirst Du selbst aktiv und erhältst durch praktische Aufgaben die Möglichkeit, das Gelernte direkt anzuwenden. Als Teil einer größeren Gruppe von bis zu 14 Praktikant:Innen erhältst Du zu Beginn einen allgemeinen Überblick bei DocuWare, lernst das Team kennen und erfährst, was das Unternehmen macht. Im weiteren Verlauf der Woche lernst Du verschiedene Fachbereiche und Themengebiete kennen, unter anderem Product Management, Programmierung, Quality Assurance, AI und Corporate IT. Dabei kannst Du das Gelernte an praktischen Aufgaben ausprobieren und einen besseren Eindruck davon erhalten, wie theoretisches Wissen im Arbeitsalltag eingesetzt wird. Das Praktikum bietet dir somit die Möglichkeit, verschiedene IT-Bereiche kennenzulernen, praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und eigene Interessen zu entdecken.

Diese Erfahrung ist auch eine gute Vorbereitung für zum Beispiel die Ausbildung zu:m Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration.
