Doite, empresa líder en el mercado outdoor, busca Supervisor/a de Devoluciones y Logística Inversa para su nuevo Centro de Distribución en Quilicura vinculado con el proceso de transicion de Centro de Distribucion desde Pudahuel a Quilicura.

Funciones

• Gestionar el proceso de devoluciones completo, desde la solicitud en tienda hasta la disposición final del producto en el CD.

• Administrar los acuerdos de servicio con las tiendas y áreas comerciales, y mantener vigentes los criterios de clasificación y procedimientos.

• Resolver casos de excepción, discrepancias y reclamos de tiendas y áreas comerciales.

• Gestionar reclamos de garantía con proveedores hasta la recuperación del costo.

• Medir los indicadores del proceso (tiempo de ciclo, recuperación de valor, exactitud de inventario) y liderar acciones de causa raíz.

• Dirigir el taller de reparación y coordinar el destino de los productos: stock, outlet, baja o devolución a proveedor.

• Liderar al equipo de operarios de devoluciones y taller.

Requisitos

• Título en Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Logística, Ingeniería de Ejecución o afín, o formación técnica con experiencia equivalente.

• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en operaciones de centro de distribución, de los cuales al menos 2 con personal a cargo.

• Manejo de WMS y ERP (idealmente SAP Business One) y Excel avanzado para construcción de indicadores.

• Conocimiento en gestión y control de inventario.

• Deseable experiencia en logística inversa o calidad de producto, conocimiento de textil, calzado o equipamiento outdoor, y nociones de Ley del Consumidor en garantías.
