Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung von Doktor.De und den Tochtergesellschaften inkl. Debitoren-/Kreditorenabstimmungen
  • Selbstständige und verlässliche Kontenabstimmungen (Haupt- und Nebenbücher), Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Abstimmung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten und proaktive Rückmeldung an die Head of Accounting bei Abweichungen
  • Eigenständige Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs bis zur finalen Freigabe
  • Mitwirkung an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Head of Accounting
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Integration neu akquirierter Arztpraxen in unsere Finance-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Steuerfachangestellte:r, oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Accounting
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting (HGB)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Candis, Pleo oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Lösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C1/C2) sind zwingend erforderlich

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung im Praxis-/Healthcare-Umfeld oder in dynamischen, wachsenden Organisationen
  • Prozessaffinität und Freude an Digitalisierung
