Buscamos um Almoxarife organizado, responsável e proativo para atuar na gestão, controle e movimentação de materiais, peças, insumos e equipamentos. O profissional será responsável por garantir a correta armazenagem dos itens, o controle preciso dos estoques e o atendimento das demandas internas, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos produtivos e operacionais da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Receber, conferir e armazenar materiais, peças e equipamentos;
  • Realizar lançamentos de entradas e saídas de materiais no sistema;
  • Controlar níveis de estoque e informar necessidades de reposição;
  • Separar e disponibilizar materiais conforme requisições internas e ordens de produção;
  • Organizar o almoxarifado de acordo com critérios de identificação, segurança e acessibilidade;
  • Realizar inventários periódicos e apoiar auditorias de estoque;
  • Garantir a correta identificação e rastreabilidade dos materiais;
  • Monitorar movimentações de estoque e evitar divergências;
  • Auxiliar no controle de materiais obsoletos, danificados ou sem giro;
  • Zelar pela limpeza, organização e conservação do almoxarifado;
  • Cumprir normas de segurança, qualidade e procedimentos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência prévia em almoxarifado, estoque, logística ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em controle e movimentação de materiais;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP ou softwares de gestão de estoque;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Excel, Word e sistemas corporativos);
  • Capacidade de organização e controle de documentos e registros.

Diferenciais

  • Curso técnico em Logística, Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial ou metalmecânico;
  • Conhecimento em inventários rotativos e gestão de estoque;
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP;
  • Certificação ou treinamento em operação de empilhadeira;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de organização como 5S.
