MISSÃO DO CARGO Garantir que os setores da instituição tenham os materiais certos, na quantidade e no momento necessários. Para isso, o almoxarife recebe, confere, armazena e distribui as mercadorias, registra toda a movimentação no sistema e mantém o estoque em níveis adequados, sem faltas nem excessos. Também zela pela conservação e pela validade dos produtos e fornece informações precisas que sustentam o controle e o planejamento de consumo.

Responsabilidades:​

  • Recebimento e conferência de mercadorias conforme notas fiscais e pedidos;
  • Identificação, etiquetagem e armazenamento dos materiais em prateleiras ou locais definidos;
  • Atendimento às requisições internas, separando e entregando os itens conforme demanda dos setores;
  • Registro das entradas e saídas no sistema de gestão de estoque;
  • Controle de níveis mínimos e pontos de reposição para evitar faltas ou excessos;
  • Também colabora em inventários periódicos, relatórios de consumo e movimentação e no monitoramento de prazos de validade e condições de conservação de produtos sensíveis.

​Requisitos​

  • Ensino Médio Completo (Superior em andamento é um diferencial)
  • Boa comunicação oral, escuta ativa e empatia
  • Vivência com almoxarifado, organização de estoque, perfil colaborativo.
