We're hiring for our client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Position: Export Sales Manager- IVT

. JOB PURPOSE: - Responsible for setting and implementing the industrial vacuum technology sales, brand and product - promotion strategy in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region; building and developing IVT MENA market share, managing daily operations and reporting on performance.

. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description

1. Achieve sales targets by promoting IVT products and services in the MENA region, controlling costs, achieving CSI targets and maintaining sales reports and corrective plans.

2. Set and manage sales by country targets towards the achievement of sales and brand targets, and implement corrective measures

3. Monitor and analyze MENA markets, identify opportunities and barriers to entry, make recommendations to the BU Manager-IVT and action accordingly.

4. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports against set goals and objectives.

5. Coordinate with the marketing team and product manager on promotions, exhibitions and enhanced customer service.

6. Monitor IVT performance in the MENA countries, research and initiate improvements accordingly.

7. Set and maintain operational budgets towards the achievement of a positive P&L

8. Perform other tasks and duties as required by the BU Manager- IVT.

. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: - Relevant undergraduate degree/ diploma. -Minimum 7 years experience in the industrial vacuum technology industry, 3 years of experience in a relevant management role. - Customer Relationship Management skills - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Leadership Skills - Analytical Skills - Problem Solving Skills - Facilitation Skills - Time Management Skills - Negotiation Skills - Mediation Skills

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS - Demonstrated grasp of financial and sales operations planning - Relevant experience in the MENA region. - Product knowledge - Able to adapt to changes to the internal and/ or external environment - Demonstrated grasp of performance management - Able to operate tactically and strategically - Committed and self-driven
