Der Verband Sächsischer Wohnungsgenossenschaften e. V. (VSWG) ist gesetzlicher Prüfungsverband sowie Fach- und Interessenverband der sächsischen Wohnungsgenossenschaften. Seine Mitgliedsgenossenschaften begleitet der VSWG in den Bereichen Prüfung, Beratung, Weiterbildung und Interessenvertretung. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei wirtschaftliche Stabilität, genossenschaftliche Werte und bezahlbares Wohnen in Sachsen.

Ihr Beitrag in der Wirtschaftsprüfung

Als Prüfungsassistent (w|m|d) tauchen Sie direkt in die Praxis der Wirtschaftsprüfung ein und bauen Ihr Fachwissen Schritt für Schritt aus.

  • Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Jahresabschlussprüfungen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Mandanten auf Entscheidungsebene
  • Präsentation von Prüfungsergebnissen vor Geschäftsleitungen und Aufsichtsgremien
  • Beratung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen mit Fokus auf HGB-Rechnungslegung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IDW-Prüfungsstandards sowie Review der Prüfungsdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung an interdisziplinären Prüfungen (z. B. IT, ESG, Interne Revision)

Das bringen Sie für Ihren beim VSWG mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, beispielsweise in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Abschlussprüfungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie der relevanten IDW-Prüfungsstandards
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Mandaten aus dem öffentlichen Sektor oder der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Prüfungstools und den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
