✨ O que buscamos?

Estamos buscando um(a) profissional de Cybersecurity com perfil hands-on, curioso e proativo, que tenha segurança da informação como principal foco, mas também transite bem por infraestrutura, cloud, automação e suporte ao ambiente interno.

Essa pessoa terá um papel estratégico e bastante próximo do negócio, atuando como uma referência técnica para segurança e infraestrutura, ajudando a identificar vulnerabilidades, fortalecer o ambiente tecnológico e propor soluções que tragam mais segurança, eficiência e automação para a operação.

✨Principais Responsabilidades:

Atuar na segurança da informação e cybersecurity, identificando riscos, vulnerabilidades e oportunidades de melhoria; Realizar análises de vulnerabilidades e apoiar testes de segurança em ambientes de infraestrutura; Atuar de forma hands-on em infraestrutura, redes, servidores e ambientes cloud; Apoiar a administração e segurança de ambientes AWS, Azure ou GCP; Investigar incidentes de segurança e apoiar a definição e implementação de medidas corretivas; Implementar e administrar controles de segurança, acessos, políticas e boas práticas; Apoiar a proteção de endpoints, servidores, redes e recursos em cloud; Atuar próximo aos usuários internos, prestando suporte técnico quando necessário; Automatizar processos e rotinas de infraestrutura e segurança, buscando reduzir atividades manuais; Criar scripts e automações para monitoramento, segurança, provisionamento e troubleshooting; Apoiar projetos de melhoria e evolução da infraestrutura tecnológica; Identificar riscos e propor soluções de forma autônoma, considerando o contexto e as necessidades do negócio; Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com as demais áreas, sendo uma referência técnica para temas de Cyber, Cloud e Infraestrutura.

Experiência profissional em Cybersecurity / Segurança da Informação; Conhecimento sólido de infraestrutura de TI; Experiência com redes, servidores, sistemas operacionais e troubleshooting; Conhecimentos em Cloud Computing, preferencialmente AWS, Azure ou GCP; Conhecimentos de segurança de ambientes cloud; Experiência com análise de vulnerabilidades, hardening e controles de segurança; Conhecimentos de IAM, controle de acessos e gestão de identidades; Conhecimentos de firewall, VPN, redes e protocolos de segurança; Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento e/ou segurança; Conhecimento em automação e scripting, como Python, PowerShell ou Bash; Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com alto grau de autonomia; Perfil investigativo, proativo e orientado à solução de problemas.

Experiência com Pentest / Ethical Hacking; Conhecimentos em Red Team / Blue Team; Experiência com ferramentas como SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners ou similares; Conhecimentos em DevSecOps; Experiência com Terraform, Ansible ou outras ferramentas de automação; Certificações de segurança ou cloud; Experiência em empresas de pequeno/médio porte, startups ou ambientes nos quais o profissional precise atuar de forma bastante generalista.
