✨ O que buscamos? Estamos buscando uma pessoa Desenvolvedora RPA Python Pleno para atuar no desenvolvimento, sustentação e evolução de automações de processos em ambiente corporativo.

O foco do trabalho será desenvolver e manter robôs e automações utilizando Python, além de atuar com orquestração de jobs, integrações via APIs, automação de processos de negócio e monitoramento das execuções.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil analítico, que consiga compreender processos de negócio e transformá-los em soluções de automação eficientes, resilientes e escaláveis.

🚀 Principais desafios Desenvolver e manter automações utilizando Python; Criar scripts, bots e integrações com APIs REST/SOAP; Criar e gerenciar jobs utilizando Rundeck; Mapear, documentar e automatizar processos de negócio de ponta a ponta; Integrar automações com sistemas internos e bancos de dados; Monitorar execuções e atuar na identificação e tratamento de falhas; Garantir a qualidade, estabilidade e resiliência das automações; Participar de cerimônias ágeis e colaborar na definição técnica das soluções; Apoiar iniciativas envolvendo Agentes de IA e LLMs aplicados à automação.

Principais responsabilidades Desenvolver e manter automações de processos utilizando Python, incluindo scripts, bots e integrações via API; Criar e gerenciar jobs de agendamento e orquestração utilizando Rundeck; Mapear, documentar e automatizar processos de negócio de ponta a ponta; Integrar automações com sistemas internos, bancos de dados e APIs REST/SOAP; Monitorar execuções, tratar falhas e garantir a resiliência dos processos automatizados; Participar de cerimônias ágeis e colaborar na definição técnica das soluções; Atuar em conjunto com áreas de negócio e tecnologia na identificação de oportunidades de automação; Apoiar a construção de agentes de IA integrados às automações, sendo este um diferencial.

Requisitos obrigatórios Experiência com Python em nível intermediário/avançado; Conhecimento em manipulação de dados e automação de tarefas; Experiência com consumo e integração de APIs; Conhecimento de bibliotecas como Requests, Pandas, Selenium, Playwright, OpenPyXL, entre outras; Experiência com ferramentas de RPA e automação de processos, como scripts agendados e bots para aplicações desktop/web; Experiência com Rundeck ou ferramentas similares de orquestração e agendamento de jobs; Experiência com Git e versionamento de código; Capacidade de interpretar processos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções de automação; Conhecimento de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, incluindo logs estruturados, tratamento de exceções, código limpo e documentação.

Requisitos desejáveis Experiência com Microsoft Azure, especialmente Azure Functions, Logic Apps e Service Bus ou soluções similares; Conhecimento em Agentes de IA e LLMs aplicados à automação; Experiência com ferramentas como LangChain, Semantic Kernel ou Azure AI Foundry; Familiaridade com Docker e pipelines de CI/CD; Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais, como SQL Server e PostgreSQL, e/ou bancos não relacionais; Conhecimento em Power Automate ou outras ferramentas low-code/no-code de automação; Certificações em Python, Azure ou RPA serão consideradas diferenciais.
