  • Capacidade comprovada de projetar fluxos de trabalho de orquestração de testes de IA, AI harnesses e validar arquiteturas de qualidade geradas por IA em nível de portfólio.
  • Conhecimento profundo de plataformas de orquestração de testes de IA, arquitetura de sistemas de testes multiagentes, test context engineering, AI harnesses e das capacidades e limitações dos testes realizados por IA.
  • Experiência comercial profunda e extensa em engenharia de qualidade, com histórico comprovado de liderança técnica e influência estratégica.
  • Forte conhecimento de padrões de arquitetura de testes e visão sistêmica de qualidade em nível de portfólio.
  • Experiência prática em projetar, escrever e manter testes automatizados em toda a stack, conhecimento técnico que fundamenta uma orientação e validação eficazes de IA.
  • Experiência em projetar e entregar garantia de qualidade para sistemas distribuídos ou aplicações em escala empresarial.
  • Experiência com testes não funcionais em escala empresarial, incluindo desempenho, segurança, acessibilidade e confiabilidade.
  • Experiência em projetar fluxos de trabalho Agile de qualidade aumentados por IA e frameworks de governança de qualidade em IA.
  • Experiência com pelo menos uma linguagem moderna de backend, como Java, Python ou TypeScript/Node.js; uma plataforma de cloud, como AWS; ferramentas de CI/CD, como Jenkins ou Bitbucket Pipelines; e conteinerização, como Docker ou Kubernetes. Ter amplitude de conhecimento em toda a stack é mais importante do que profundidade em uma única ferramenta.
  • Conhecimento prático de assistentes de programação/testes com IA, ferramentas de revisão de código com IA e frameworks de orquestração multiagentes; espera-se que o profissional acompanhe a rápida evolução desse cenário.
  • Experiência na criação de frameworks de testes e quality gates para código gerado por IA em nível de portfólio.
  • Experiência atuando como líder de engenharia de qualidade de uma equipe de soluções.
  • Graduação ou formação equivalente em Ciência da Computação, Matemática, Química ou área relacionada.
  • Experiência comercial excepcional liderando engenharia de qualidade em nível de sistema ou portfólio pode substituir a exigência de graduação.

Desejável

  • Certificação profissional em testes de software, como ISTQB Advanced ou Expert.
  • Experiência em testes de produtos de software em um domínio científico.
  • Experiência com gestão de desempenho e gestão de pessoas em um ambiente matricial.
