At Skyline Ford, the parts counter is not just an order desk, it is a critical part of our service operation. Your number-one goal will be clear: Keep our technicians supplied with the correct parts, on time. Accuracy matters. Speed matters. Communication matters. Follow-through matters.

What You Will Own

  • Keeping technicians supplied with the correct parts when they need them
  • Providing fast, accurate support at the back parts counter
  • Identifying, locating, ordering, and distributing Ford parts
  • Staying ahead of special orders, back orders, and potential delays
  • Communicating problems early so the team can adjust
  • Following every request through to completion
  • Working closely with technicians, advisors, and the entire parts team
  • Helping protect the speed, accuracy, and flow of our service department

What You Must Bring

  • A minimum of two years of Ford dealership parts experience
  • Strong Ford parts cataloging and lookup skills
  • The ability to move quickly while remaining accurate
  • A strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • A team-first mindset
  • CDK and X-Time experience is preferred
  • Able to work flexible schedules and possibly some weekends
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
