  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while meeting daily performance targets
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient case progression
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements as workflows evolve with automation and AI

We're excited about you because…

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, claims intake, insurance support, or a similar high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in insurance, claims, or risk operations is a plus (but not required)
  • A process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive workflows with consistency

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
