  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiation processes, including RFx projects, MSAs, SOWs, and renewals across Marketing categories.
  • Embed with Marketing and Finance partners early in planning cycles, using sourcing insights to shape briefs, budgets, and supplier strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with agency, production, and sponsorship partners to unlock innovation, better commercial terms, and cross-brand opportunities.
  • Analyze spend, market intelligence, and supplier performance to improve transparency, compliance, and category decisions.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 5+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experience across Marketing categories (agency or brand/marketing side experience is a plus).
  • You have direct experience leading complex sourcing processes and negotiating commercial agreements for Creative Services, Production, Sponsorships, or related Marketing spend.
  • You build trusted relationships with senior business partners and suppliers and can influence decisions across Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • You bring strong commercial judgment and use data, market intelligence, and supplier performance insights to improve value and manage risk.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
