Ihre Aufgaben

Zusammenfassung & Ziel der Position Entwicklung medizinischer Lasersysteme einschließlich optischer Anpassung und Charakterisierung sowie Verifizierung und Dokumentation. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Bereitstellung innovativer Lösungen, die sowohl die Anforderungen der Kunden als auch die gesetzlichen Vorschriften erfüllen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: a.) Design von neuen Laserquellen b.) Eigenständige optische Justage und Charakterisierung von Lasern inklusive Verifikation und Dokumentation c.) Selbstständige Fehleranalyse und Verbesserung während des Entwicklungsprozesses d.) Entwicklung von medizinischen Lasern nach definierten Anforderungen e.) Prüfung des medizinischen Gerätes hinsichtlich der Performanz f.) Bewertung und Prüfung von Kühltechnologien zur Verwendung in Laserprodukten g.) Berichten über den Verlauf der Entwicklungsergebnisse h.) Intensive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Entwicklung mit anderen Abteilungen sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Firma Nebenverantwortlichkeiten: a.) Unterstützung externer Forschungsprojekte gemäß den festgelegten Zielen b.) Beobachtung von Trends in den optischen Technologien c.) Überprüfung und Analyse von Patenten und wissenschaftlicher Literatur d.) Verfolgung von Vorschlägen für neue Produktideen und Funktionen e.) Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche in der Produktion und bei Bedarf technische Unterstützung bei Problemen mit Laserkomponenten und -geräten

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreiches Studium in Physik oder in einem Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion von optomechanischen und elektrischen Komponenten • mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in R&D von Laserkomponenten (optisch, elektronisch, mechanisch) • Fundierte und routinierte Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis der Lasertechnologie, der Optik und des optomechanischen Aufbaus, Kenntnisse in der Konstruktion von Festkörperlasern (Blitzlampen und Dioden gepumpt) und Faserlasern • Bestens vertraut mit der Entwicklung von medizinischen Geräten und analogen elektronischen Schaltungen • Sehr gute Laborfähigkeiten (Problemlösungs- und Hands-on-Mentalität, selbstständiges Arbeiten, qualitätsorientierter und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil) • Hohes Maß an teamorientierter Arbeit, Kreativität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse vorausgesetzt • Solide Kenntnisse der Standards im Gesundheitswesen (FDA, IEC60601, EN62304) • Wünschenswert wären Erfahrungen mit Embedded-Software-Entwicklungen (z.B. docklight, labview, python) und CAD Programmen (z.B. ProEngineer)
