Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (SST) e educação para atuar como tutor(a), acompanhando alunos, esclarecendo dúvidas e apoiando a aprendizagem de conteúdos relacionados à implementação de medidas de controle de riscos ocupacionais.

Procuramos alguém com conhecimento técnico na área, boa comunicação, capacidade didática e facilidade no uso de tecnologias educacionais para orientar os alunos de forma clara, acolhedora e conectada à realidade profissional.

ENTREGAS PARA ESTA DEMANDA:

O(a) profissional será responsável pelo acompanhamento e pela mediação da aprendizagem dos alunos no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA), incluindo:

  • Acompanhar diariamente e individualmente os alunos, apoiando a compreensão dos conceitos e a resolução de dúvidas;
  • Planejar e executar estratégias que estimulem o pensamento crítico e a participação ativa dos alunos;
  • Mediar o processo de aprendizagem e esclarecer dúvidas com informações precisas e tecnicamente fundamentadas;
  • Mediar fóruns de discussão e incentivar a troca de conhecimentos entre os alunos;
  • Corrigir atividades avaliativas, acompanhando a compreensão e o progresso dos alunos ao longo da Unidade Curricular;
  • Estimular o engajamento e demonstrar a relevância e a aplicabilidade prática dos conteúdos;
  • Identificar dificuldades de aprendizagem e oferecer suporte adequado, com empatia, escuta ativa e comunicação respeitosa.

* Os conteúdos abordam a implementação de medidas de controle de riscos ocupacionais, incluindo estratégias de prevenção de acidentes, seleção e utilização de medidas de proteção e práticas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, especialmente no contexto rural e agroindustrial.

PARA PRESTAR ESTE SERVIÇO VOCÊ PRECISA:

  • Graduação em Engenharia Agronômica, preferencialmente, Engenharia Agrícola, Engenharia Florestal, Tecnologia em Segurança do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas. Profissionais com graduação em outras áreas correlatas também poderão ser considerados, desde que tenham pelo menos dois anos de experiência comprovada em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho Rural, gestão de riscos ocupacionais, prevenção de acidentes ou atividades relacionadas à SST no contexto agropecuário;
  • Pós-graduação obrigatória, concluída, em nível de especialização lato sensu, mestrado ou doutorado, em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Higiene Ocupacional, Ergonomia, Gestão de Riscos, Saúde do Trabalhador ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência profissional em SST, incluindo implementação de medidas de controle de riscos, programas de prevenção, treinamentos, inspeções de segurança ou atividades relacionadas, preferencialmente no setor rural ou agroindustrial;
  • Experiência com docência no ensino médio, técnico e/ou superior;
  • Experiência ou formação em tutoria a distância, para acompanhamento e mediação da aprendizagem em cursos on-line;
  • Familiaridade com plataformas digitais de aprendizagem e ferramentas de comunicação on-line;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, capacidade didática e habilidade para orientar e fornecer feedbacks aos alunos.

* Conhecimentos desejáveis: conhecimento das NR-01, NR-06 e NR-31; hierarquia das medidas de controle, EPCs e EPIs, procedimentos operacionais seguros, cultura de prevenção, treinamentos em SST e monitoramento da eficácia das medidas preventivas no meio rural.

COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS EXIGIDAS:

  • Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho: capacidade de compreender e explicar conceitos relacionados à prevenção e ao controle de riscos ocupacionais;
  • Tutoria e Mediação da Aprendizagem: habilidade para esclarecer dúvidas, mediar discussões e fornecer feedbacks construtivos;
  • Comunicação Didática: capacidade de transmitir informações técnicas de forma clara, objetiva e acessível aos alunos.

* Para atuar em um projeto de tutoria, é obrigatório utilizar um CNAE compatível com o tipo de serviço prestado. No caso dos serviços oferecidos pelo DOT, os fornecedores devem utilizar CNAEs relacionados à área de ensino.
