Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho (SST) e educação para atuar como tutor(a), acompanhando alunos, esclarecendo dúvidas e apoiando a aprendizagem de conteúdos relacionados às Normas Regulamentadoras aplicadas ao trabalho rural.

Procuramos alguém com conhecimento técnico na área, boa comunicação, capacidade didática e facilidade no uso de tecnologias educacionais para orientar os alunos de forma clara, acolhedora e conectada à realidade do setor agropecuário.

ENTREGAS PARA ESTA DEMANDA:

O(a) profissional será responsável pelo acompanhamento e pela mediação da aprendizagem dos alunos no Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA), incluindo:

  • Acompanhar diariamente e individualmente os alunos, apoiando a compreensão dos conceitos e a resolução de dúvidas;
  • Mediar fóruns de discussão e estimular a participação ativa dos alunos;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas com informações precisas e tecnicamente fundamentadas;
  • Corrigir atividades avaliativas e fornecer feedbacks construtivos;
  • Estimular o pensamento crítico, a aplicação prática dos conteúdos e a autonomia dos alunos;
  • Identificar dificuldades de aprendizagem e oferecer suporte adequado;
  • Manter uma comunicação clara, empática e respeitosa, contribuindo para um ambiente de aprendizagem acolhedor e inclusivo.

* Os conteúdos abordam as Normas Regulamentadoras aplicáveis ao trabalho rural, com foco na prevenção de riscos ocupacionais e nas práticas de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho no contexto agropecuário.

PARA PRESTAR ESTE SERVIÇO VOCÊ PRECISA:

  • Graduação em Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia Agrícola, Engenharia Florestal, Tecnologia em Segurança do Trabalho ou áreas correlatas. Profissionais graduados em Direito também poderão ser considerados, desde que tenham pelo menos dois anos de experiência comprovada em SST, aplicação de Normas Regulamentadoras, inspeções de segurança, conformidade legal ou prevenção de acidentes no setor agropecuário;
  • Pós-graduação obrigatória, concluída, em nível de especialização lato sensu, mestrado ou doutorado, em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Higiene Ocupacional, Ergonomia, Gestão de Riscos, Saúde do Trabalhador ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência profissional em SST, incluindo aplicação de Normas Regulamentadoras, gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais, inspeções de segurança, auditorias ou programas de prevenção, preferencialmente no setor rural ou agroindustrial;
  • Experiência comprovada em docência no ensino médio, técnico e/ou superior;
  • Experiência ou formação em tutoria a distância, para acompanhamento e mediação da aprendizagem em cursos on-line;
  • Familiaridade com plataformas digitais de aprendizagem e ferramentas de comunicação on-line;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, capacidade didática e habilidade para orientar e fornecer feedbacks aos alunos.

* Conhecimentos desejáveis: domínio da NR-31 e familiaridade com as demais NRs aplicáveis ao trabalho rural; experiência com inspeções e auditorias em SST, elaboração de relatórios técnicos, documentação obrigatória, gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais e medidas de prevenção e controle no setor agropecuário.

COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS EXIGIDAS:

  • Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho: capacidade de interpretar e explicar conceitos técnicos relacionados à SST.
  • Tutoria e Mediação da Aprendizagem: habilidade para esclarecer dúvidas, mediar discussões e fornecer feedbacks construtivos;
  • Comunicação Didática: capacidade de transmitir informações técnicas de forma clara, objetiva e acessível aos alunos.

* Para atuar em um projeto de tutoria, é obrigatório utilizar um CNAE compatível com o tipo de serviço prestado. No caso dos serviços oferecidos pelo DOT, os fornecedores devem utilizar CNAEs relacionados à área de ensino.
