O Doutor Finanças, referência no setor de intermediação de crédito e franchising, está à procura de um/a Especialista de Desenvolvimento de Rede (F/M/D) para atuar na região Centro do país. Quais serão as tuas tarefas?

  • Implementar, no Centro do país, a estratégia definida pela direção;
  • Gerir e desenvolver uma carteira de franchisados, atuando como ponto único de contacto (SPOC);
  • Criar e implementar planos estratégicos e comerciais em colaboração com os franchisados;
  • Realizar reuniões regulares e visitas presenciais para apoiar o crescimento das unidades;
  • Apresentar relatórios semanais de produtividade e progresso;
  • Facilitar a integração entre os franchisados e as estruturas de apoio internas;
  • Desenvolver iniciativas que impulsionem o sucesso e a autonomia dos franchisados.

O que valorizamos?

  • Experiência no setor imobiliário ou bancário (preferencial);
  • Experiência em intermediação de crédito ou mediação de seguros (preferencial);
  • Conhecimentos avançados em informática (Excel e PowerPoint – obrigatório);
  • Disponibilidade para viajar pelo país (obrigatório);
  • Carta de condução (obrigatório);
  • Capacidade de organização, autonomia e foco nos resultados;
  • Espírito de curiosidade e aptidão para criar relacionamentos interpessoais;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa (preferencial);
  • Residência na região Centro (obrigatório).
