A Academia Doutor Finanças procura um(a) Formador(a) Externo(a) para colaborar connosco na dinamização de ações de formação na área da Fiscalidade.

Procuramos alguém com conhecimentos sólidos na temática, capacidade para envolver diferentes públicos e gosto por contribuir para uma experiência formativa de excelência.

Quais serão as tuas principais responsabilidades? ✅⚙️

  • Ministrar workshops e ações de formação sobre IRS, mais-valias imobiliárias e mobiliárias e outros temas de fiscalidade pessoal;
  • Explicar conceitos fiscais de forma simples, prática e orientada para casos reais;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas dos participantes, promovendo uma compreensão efetiva dos temas abordados;
  • Desenvolver e atualizar conteúdos formativos alinhados com as alterações legislativas e fiscais;
  • Adaptar a abordagem pedagógica a diferentes perfis de participantes;
  • Contribuir para a criação de uma experiência formativa dinâmica, útil e relevante.

O que valorizamos? ✨

  • Formação superior em Fiscalidade, Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia, Direito ou área semelhante;
  • Experiência profissional relevante em fiscalidade, consultoria fiscal ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de IRS, tributação de mais-valias, património e fiscalidade do investimento;
  • CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) ou disponibilidade para o obter num prazo curto após o início da colaboração;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de simplificação de temas técnicos e legislativos;
  • Capacidade para utilizar exemplos práticos e situações do quotidiano para facilitar a aprendizagem;
  • Capacidade para ministrar formação em inglês;
  • Rigor técnico, atualização constante e orientação para a qualidade;
  • Valoriza-se experiência em literacia financeira, comunicação com o público, criação de conteúdos formativos e fluência em inglês.
