Le site de Villers-Saint-Paul recherche un Opérateur/trice de Production en CDD. Le rythme de travail s’organise en 5x8 sous l’autorité du Coordinateur d’Activité de l’Equipe.

RESPONSABILITE SECURITE:

  • Il respecte les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
  • Il est responsable de sa sécurité et de celle des autres.
  • Il utilise et se conforme aux procédures de l’unité
  • Il maintient son outil de travail et son environnement propres et rangés conformément aux règles en vigueur.

RESPONSABILITE DU ROLE :

  • Il est responsable de la conduite des opérations de fabrication qui lui sont confiées au cours de son poste en collaboration avec les autres membres de son équipe.
  • Il maîtrise les opérations de préparation des matières premières.
  • Il maîtrise parfaitement toutes les opérations de chargement, de transferts et de contrôle du procédé. Il veille au bon nettoyage interbatch des équipements.
  • Suivant les stades de fabrication, il prélève les échantillons intermédiaires
  • Apres avoir été formé, il sera amené à effectuer des analyses simples au laboratoire contrôle-qualité
  • Il identifie les anomalies équipements et rédige les déclarations dans logbook
  • Il respecte les conditions opératoires spécifiées dans les batch card et informe le Coordinateur d’Activité Equipe en cas de dérive
  • Il applique les consignes particulières relatives à une chaine de fabrication.
  • Il renseigne la batch card AU/SAP et met à jour en temps réel le fichier de suivi de la production. (Excel)
  • Il signale tout dysfonctionnement au Coordinateur d’Activité d’Equipe
  • Il rédige des non conformités en cas d’anomalie
  • Il réalise de la maintenance de premier niveau selon le programme
  • Il favorise l’entraide et l’esprit d’équipe. Il soutient l’organisation définie par son Coordinateur d’Activité Equipe.
  • Il peut être amené à effectuer de l’enfutage, des dépotages de matières premières ainsi que le chargement de camions de produit fini.

Responsabilités transversales:

Le candidat sera jugé sur sa performance dans son rôle actuel ainsi que sur les compétences transformationnelles (collaborer en vue de résultats de qualité supérieure, diriger avec courage, apporter des solutions innovantes, générer la valeur pour le client).

ETUDES-EXPERIENCES

  • Niveau BTS chimie/ CAIC ou expérience dans l’industrie chimique
  • Connaissances en chimie indispensables (risques chimiques, réactions chimiques élémentaires type acide/base, pH,…)
  • Connaissance des environnements informatiques, Excel, Windows et S.A.P.
  • Permis CACES chariot type 2b et 3 à jour.
  • Equipier de Seconde Intervention ESI est un plus

  • Etre motivé par le travail en équipe et savoir s’y intégrer rapidement.
  • Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Avoir de bonnes capacités organisationnelles
  • Etre rigoureux.
  • Etre exemplaire dans son comportement, avoir un esprit ouvert et inclusif
  • Etre respectueux des règles en vigueur : Sécurité, Qualité, Environnement.
