Rattaché(e) au Directeur, vous avez la responsabilité de développer une relation de confiance et l’activité réalisée par Doxallia avec les entités filiales du Groupe Crédit Agricole. Vous êtes le/la référent(e) Doxallia auprès de vos clients tout au long du cycle de vente,de la détection des besoins à la fidélisation.

Vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes :

• Créer une relation de confiance avec les clients dans un esprit de partenariat et de fidélisation;

• Réaliser un diagnostic de l’activité existante, identifier les enjeux clés et les leviers d’optimisation pour apporter du conseil à nos clients;

• Etudier les nouveaux besoins, comprendre les exigences et analyser le potentiel pour construire une stratégie de réponse;

• Apporter une réponse globale, sur mesure et innovante aux problématiques détectées, grâce à une bonne coordination avec les équipes internes (Direction des opérations et digitale, communication, marketing, avant-vente);

• Assurer la négociation, la signature et le suivi des contrats.

Vos compétences :

• Bonne connaissance du Groupe Crédit Agricole, de ses métiers, de ses équipes, de son fonctionnement ;

• Forte appétence pour le développement commercial et le relationnel de haut niveau ;

• Expérience en gestion et suivi de projets diversifiés ;

• Bonne communication écrite et orale.

Votre profil :

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure technique ou commerciale et justifiez d'une expérience commerciale réussie, idéalement acquise auprès des filiales du Groupe Crédit Agricole.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

• Bonne maitrise de l’agilité ;

• Faire preuve d'organisation ;

• Capacités d’écoute, de co-construction, de négociation ;

• Proactivité.
