🎯 En tant que Tech Lead, vous jouez un rôle central dans la Squad vie coopérative. Vos missions principales seront :

  • Être le référent technique de la solution et garantir sa qualité, sa performance et sa sécurité ;
  • Assurer la spécification et la conception technique ;
  • Réaliser et encadrer les développements ;
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre la stratégie de test ;
  • Garantir l’application des bonnes pratiques (TDD, revues de code, pair programming…) ;
  • Intégrer et accompagner les nouveaux développeurs ;
  • Définir et suivre les KPI techniques ;
  • Contribuer à la définition de la roadmap technique ;
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes commerciales et aux clients ;
  • Assurer une veille technologique continue.

🧩 Vos compétences :

  • Maîtrise de plusieurs langages (Java, Python…) ;
  • Solides compétences en conception et architecture applicative ;
  • Connaissance des environnements serveur, Docker, DevOps ;
  • Expérience des pratiques agiles ;
  • Capacité à encadrer techniquement une équipe.

👤 Votre profil :

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+5 en développement informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.
