  • Collaboration—The best candidates and teammates are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting each other's growth.
  • Passion for Data—You’re going to help our clients and team members with data-driven decision making. We need someone that can manipulate millions of rows of data and also ask the right questions to find the important insights.

  • Respect – A key dynamic that allows our team to flourish is respect: for ourselves and our quality of work, for our teammates, and for our internal clients who are under the pressure of deadlines and finance goals.

About you:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or statistical role (e.g., statistician, biostatistician), within healthcare, pharma, or a related industry.
  • Hands on experience with statistical methodologies and techniques such as test-vs-control study designs, covariate adjustment methods (e.g., ANCOVA), clustering, etc.
  • Strong context into HCP prescription and claims data, including how they're recorded and tracked by data vendors, what they represent, and typical data gaps.
  • Advanced SQL and python proficiency including writing complex queries across multiple tables and familiarity with data science libraries
  • Experience working with third party analytics vendors such as IQVIA, including running independent studies, engaging in RFPs and contract discussions, and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience applying data science techniques such as clustering and machine learning to sponsored engagement, using Rx and Dx data to measure impact.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
