Brief Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage documents filing for the project
  2. Manage uploading of documents to project database
  3. Receive, verify and acknowledge receipt of the documents in accordance with agreed document control procedure
  4. Register the drawings received from contractors
  5. Forward documents to respective consultants for approval
  6. Issue documents to Employer, Operator and Stakeholders
  7. Track and follow up on drawings and documents submission and approval status
  8. Provide cover duty for the Site Admin in his absence
  9. Perform any other duties assigned by the project team

Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline with 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably from the construction or real estate industry.
  2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  3. Good command of English.
  4. Able to multitask effectively with good organisational skills in coordinating and communicating with client and consultants.
  5. Able to manage administration and documents for a large-scale construction project.
  6. Able to work at the construction site office (near MRT).
  7. Experience in using Project Management Information Systems will be an added advantage
