A propos du rôle

En tant qu’Agent de Transit Import/Export, vous assurez la gestion et le suivi complet des opérations de transport maritime et routier, de la prise en charge des marchandises jusqu’à leur livraison finale. Vous êtes garant(e) du bon déroulement des flux, du respect des délais, des réglementations internationales et des exigences clients, tout en maîtrisant les coûts et la qualité de service.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (commercial, douane, finance) ainsi qu’avec les compagnies aériennes, transporteurs et partenaires internationaux, dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

Comment vous contribuerez

Gestion des dossiers import/export

  • Ouvrir, suivre et clôturer les dossiers de transport international
  • Organiser les expéditions maritimes et à l’import et à l'export
  • Planifier les enlèvements, livraisons et post-acheminements
  • Coordonner les opérations avec les bureaux étrangers, agents, transporteurs, entrepôts, compagnies et services portuairese et routier
  • Assurer le suivi des départs, arrivées et livraisons

Gestion douanière et documentaire

  • Établir, contrôler et vérifier les documents de transport : Bill of Lading (B/L),cmr
  • Factures commerciales, Packing List, Certificats d’origine et documents réglementaires
  • Vérifier la conformité documentaire et réglementaire des dossiers
  • Préparer et transmettre les éléments nécessaires au dédouanement
  • Assurer le suivi des formalités douanières avec les services concernés
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations import/export et des Incoterms

Relation client

  • Informer les clients et agents de l’avancement des dossiers
  • Répondre aux demandes opérationnelles, administratives et tarifaires
  • Assurer un haut niveau de qualité de service

Gestion administrative et financière

  • Contrôler les coûts transport et les factures fournisseurs
  • Vérifier la rentabilité et les marges des dossiers
  • Établir la facturation client
  • Mettre à jour les outils de suivi et logiciels métier
  • Participer au suivi des performances opérationnelles et financières

Suivi qualité et conformité

  • Respecter les procédures internes et réglementations internationales
  • Veiller au respect des délais et exigences qualité
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus opérationnels
  • Garantir la traçabilité et la conformité des opérations de transport

Ce que vous apporterez

  • Solide connaissance du transport international, ainsi que des Incoterms
  • Connaissance des procédures douanières et documentaires
  • Expérience en gestion opérationnelle des flux import/export
  • Aisance avec les outils métiers du transit
  • Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et sens du service client
  • Anglais professionnel requis pour les échanges avec les partenaires internationaux
