DP World jest wiodącym dostawcą globalnego handlu, dostarczającym inteligentne rozwiązania logistyczne, które łączą świat biznesu, logistyki i ludzi w terenie.

Aktualnie do zespołu DP World Freight Poland. z o.o. poszukujemy osoby nna stanowisko Koordynatora / Koordynatorki Transportu. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za wsparcie operacji transportowych, nadzór nad dokumentacją kierowców i pojazdów oraz kontrolę zgodności realizowanych działań z obowiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi transportu drogowego i czasu pracy kierowców.

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Współpraca z dyspozytorami oraz działami operacyjnymi w zakresie realizacji usług transportowych
  • Obsługa systemów transportowych i flotowych (m.in. SPEED, Punch Telematix)
  • Nadzór nad dokumentacją transportową oraz dokumentacją czasu pracy kierowców
  • Pobieranie, archiwizacja i analiza danych z tachografów oraz kart kierowców
  • Monitorowanie zgodności czasu pracy kierowców z obowiązującymi przepisami
  • Wsparcie w kontroli stanu technicznego pojazdów oraz przestrzegania procedur przez kierowców
  • Rozliczanie delegacji, diet oraz wybranych kosztów operacyjnych
  • Bieżące wsparcie administracyjne i operacyjne obszaru transportu.

OCZEKIWANIA:

  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, mile widziane w branży TSL
  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie (mile widziane kierunki logistyczne lub transportowe)
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność i odpowiedzialność
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie trzyzmianowym.
